Our Specialty
Secondary homeowners are blessed to be able to get away to enjoy their "happy places" often to escape chilling Winter weather and/or oppressive Summer heat. As secondary property owners ourselves, we understand the concerns that weigh on absentee homeowners while they are away for extended periods of time. Such substantial investments deserve and require regular visits to monitor potential and existing problems that can quickly become expensive and catastrophic damage to the home and landscaping.
Meet The Smiths
SASQ-Watch Home Services is owned by Brad and Jennifer Smith. We are proud parents of Courtney and Cooper Smith and our two pampered labs Boo & Ginger. We are originally from the Seattle area and have relocated to Arizona to be closer to family and to support aging parents.
Brad came to HomeWatch after over 25 years in the medical device and dental sales industry. Brad is an aspiring private pilot and former triathelete.
Jennifer is currently a leader in executive technical recruiting with Amazon after serving many years in a similar role with Microsoft.
Courtney is a student at the University of Arizona pursuing a degree in psychology and is a passionate advocate for animals.
Cooper is a High School student in Mesa who loves gaming.
When our busy schedule allows, we enjoy a handful of our favorite shows, live concerts, and following our favorite sports teams. When the opportunity presents itself, we like spending time at our cabin property biking, boating and snowmobiling with friends and family. We are honored to earn the trust of our clients and have the opportunity and responsibility to care for their Arizona homes.
